Outcome-focused, outcome-driven
Biography
I represent community associations in the collection of delinquent assessments, bankruptcy matters, foreclosure and covenant enforcement actions, and provide other general legal counsel. Prior to representing community associations, I represented consumers and small businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings as well as other general real estate matters.
I attended Gonzaga University School of Law and graduated in 2008. While in law school, I worked as a judicial extern to Justice J.M. Johnson. I drafted the pre-hearing memorandum for City of Seattle v. Klein, 161 Wn.2d 554, 565, 166 P.3d 1149 (2007), responses to Motions to Modify Commissioner's Rulings, conducted legal research and drafted memoranda to assist in formulating judicial opinions.
I am originally from the Seattle area and enjoy spending my free time with my wife and two daughters.
