On April 1st, 25 years ago, Terry Leahy founded our law firm, which has grown to become the best of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. On April 1st this year, on our Silver Anniversary, Terry retired from our firm to devote himself to the consulting work he enjoys: Replacing community associations’ outdated core documents—covenants and bylaws—with cutting-edge new ones. Terry leaves our firm with a legacy of committing to one goal: Helping others transform their neighborhood into a great place to live.
