Our firm welcomes Michelle Leary as our new Firm Administrator.
With more than 25 years of experience in organizational leadership, administration, and relationship building, Michelle Leary brings a collaborative, people-first approach to supporting attorneys, clients, and colleagues. She spent 22 years as Executive Director of the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI), where she led operations, strategic initiatives, board governance, educational programs, and member services while building strong relationships throughout Washington’s community association industries. Most recently, she expanded her expertise in business development and client relations. Michelle is known for creating efficient systems, solving problems, and fostering positive, service-oriented workplaces. She is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to the firm and looks forward to supporting its continued success.
