Lauren is our newest addition to our law firm. She is part of our general counsel team. Lauren graduated from Whitman College in 2013, where she received her BA in Economics. In 2017, she received her JD from Willamette University College of Law with a Certificate in Business Law, as well as her MBA from Willamette University Atkinson Graduate School of Management with a focus in Real Estate and Finance. Lauren has several years of experience serving community association clients. She began her legal career as an attorney representing owners, landlords, and businesses on a variety of real estate litigation and transactional matters. Her current practice includes a wide span of issues, such as owner conflicts, enforcement of governing documents, repair and capital improvement projects, and governance advice. She currently serves as a member of the WSCAI Law Day Committee and has contributed to the WSCAI Journal.
