On June 1, shareholder attorney Allison Peryea co-taught a Board Member 101 Training for the Washington Community Association Institute with Karen McDonald, a reserve study specialist and owner of Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC. The training was held in Wenatchee, WA. This training is part of a series of free board-training sessions provided to homeowners around the state by WSCAI. Introductions were made prior to the training by Kyle Tibbs, the executive director of WSCAI. The training was capped off by lunch at Pybus Market in Wenatchee.
