This week our downtown Seattle office building was treated to a special event—a meet and greet with Dubs, the University of Washington’s 14th official live mascot! Attorneys Lauren Olson, Allison Peryea, and Chawisa Laicharoenwat were lucky enough to grab a photo with this local celebrity
Here are some quick facts about Dubs:
- He is 6 years old, born in January 2018
- He is an Alaskan Malamute from Snohomish, Washington
- UW uses this breed because it is the largest and strongest of all husky breeds
- As a puppy, Dubs was selected to be the official live mascot due to his friendly personality and playful demeanor
- His hobbies include digging and chewing on sticks and water bottles
- His favorite colors are purple and gold
