On April 30, Shareholder Attorney Allison Peryea, who is also the 2026 Community Associations Institute – WA State Chapter (WSCAI) President, helped lead the effort–along with SKCR 2026 President Cheyenne Gillooly–to schedule a first-ever joint event with the Seattle King County Realtors. This educational mixer, sponsored by WSCAI and held at the Washington Athletic Club, included a panel presentation on navigating resale certificate law changes from both the community association and Realtor perspectives. It was attended by 80 people, including WSCAI and SKCR members.
