In early June, Allison Peryea attended the Community Associations Institute (CAI) National Conference as 2026 President of the Washington State Chapter in Hollywood, Florida. Washington, CAI’s third-largest chapter with more than 2,700 members, won an award at the conference for best net growth for an extra-large chapter.
