Attorney Allison Peryea will be making a presentation called: “The Joys of Noise (and Smells): Tackling Nuisance Complaints Between Neighbors.” This presentation will address how and to what extent a community association should get involved in resolving issues between neighbors. Attorneys Mary Reiten and Bennett Taylor will be co-presenting about tree, view, and boundary disputes. This presentation will address questions such as what do with a fence that is falling down, or roots growing into the parking areas. Mary will also be presenting with a panel of other professionals about using the WSCAI Mediation Program to save time and money and improve homeowner relations.
