Four attorneys from our law firm—David Silver, Mary Reiten, Lauren Olson, and Allison Peryea—attended the 2024 Community Association Institute Law Seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada, from February 15-17 in the ARIA Resort & Casino. They were joined by firm founder Terry Leahy. The three-day seminar featured presentations on topics such as parliamentary procedure, Board elections, electric-vehicle charging, and national case-law updates. The five attorneys were able to enjoy a dinner at Javier’s on Thursday evening, as well as attend a seminar networking event prior to dinner. During their stay, Las Vegas was decorated to celebrate Chinese New Year—this year is the Year of the Dragon.
