The Washington State Community Association Institute held its first-ever Annual Conference at the Sheraton Grand Seattle in downtown Seattle on April 19 and 20. The Annual Conference included a trade show and educational programming covering legal and other topics pertinent to community associations. Peryea Silver Taylor attorneys David Silver, Bennett Taylor, Lauren Olson, Allison Peryea, Chawisa Laicharoenwat, and Mary Reiten attended the inaugural event. Allison and Lauren served on the WSCAI Annual Conference Committee that assisted in planning the event. Mary presented twice regarding mediation. Allison participated in a legal panel and in a group presentation regarding collaborating with your professionals in construction projects.
